ewimo.me is a personal portfolio. Read this page together with the Terms of Use. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, security, or professional advice, and nothing here creates a client, partnership, or employment relationship.

Information only

Project descriptions, service lists, and stack notes are written to explain what I do. They can become outdated. They are not a promise of a particular result, uptime, audience size, revenue, or ranking.

Software you download elsewhere

• WinTweak changes Windows settings. System tweaks can affect stability, security, or warranties. Back up your system before you use it. You use downloaded software at your own risk, under that software’s own license.
• Chat Move is a Minecraft mod published on Modrinth. Minecraft and Fabric are third-party products. Follow the license shown on the Modrinth page (currently CC0-1.0) and Mojang’s usage rules.
• rebumper.online is a separate product. Its operation is also subject to Telegram’s terms and to the laws that apply to messaging and advertising. I am not responsible for how other people configure or use a bot after they leave this Site.

Platform rules

Automation, community staffing, and broadcasting work must follow the rules of the platform involved (including Telegram and Discord) and the law that applies to you. I do not authorize spam, unsolicited advertising where consent is required, or any use that breaks those rules. You are responsible for getting any permission you need before you message people or run a campaign.

No guarantee of results

Community growth, listing reach, and software performance depend on factors outside my control. Examples on the Site are descriptions, not guarantees.

External sites

Links to Modrinth, GitHub, rebumper.online, and other sites are provided for convenience. I do not control those sites and I am not liable for their content, outages, or policies.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ewimo disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement for the Site and for materials linked from it. Liability limits in the Terms of Use also apply here. Rights that a law does not allow me to disclaim are unaffected.
